area includes use of Meeting Room, Back Patio, and the Back Hallway.

Package C:
Package C is designed for larger events with attendance of 40 people

Package D:
Package D is designed for parties and events, both small and large,
staged in the Historic Museum portion of the House. The rental area
includes the Dining Room and Back Parlor, Meeting Room, Back Patio,
Back Hallway, and the Front Hallway.

Package E:
Package E is designed for grand parties and events, both small and
large. Rental area includes the entire Historic Museum portion of
the House (both upstairs and downstairs), Lawn, Back Patio and Front
Porch.

Other
amenities: The use of the NCHM Steinway Grand Piano,
Staircase, and Front Porch can be negotiated.
Events
such as bridge parties, guided tours, photography sessions, and/or
separate rehearsal and set-up times may be available.

rental requests are subject to evaluation on the basis of availability.

Non-profit organizations will receive a 20% discount on rental rates,
all other fees remain the same.
** Members of The National Society
of The Colonial Dames will receive a 30% discount on rental rates.
The rental must be for personal usage and not as an agent for other
organizations or individuals.
*** Friends of the Neill-Cochran House Museum at the $1,000 donor level or above will receive a 25% discount. (No other discounts apply.)
*** Friends of the Neill-Cochran House
Museum at the $1,500 donor level or above will receive a 50% discount.
